Coming Apart at the Seams

about

The issue of a lack of immigration legislation has been glaringly evident for many years now, due to the failure of both political parties in the United States. It is with the idea that humanity has a common thread in the world that this song was written.

lyrics

jumped on the bike
To do my routine
While Trying to decide on the scenery

Feeling totally psyched
While pedaling my machine
Enjoying the cascading greenery

A crowded boardwalk over there
While seagulls glide overhead
As Cafe patrons sip coffee without a care

Are we all so different?
With our hopes and dreams
Maybe the borders are the only thing
That are coming apart at the seams

Opinions from left and right
Opposition in return
Coming to no conclusion
While the cities burn

I jumped on the bike
To do my routine
While Trying to decide on my favorite scenery

Feeling totally psyched
While pedaling my machine
Enjoying a nation's virtual greenery

The album features the full gamut of his style which runs from introspective folk to novelty and alternative indie genres. Much of the commentary is about perceived social norms. ... more
